At Organic Tattva, we ensure our organic food products meet the highest quality standards, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for items in their original, unopened packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues with quality or damage.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Share clear photographs of the damaged product and the original invoice to help our quality control team verify the claim.
- 3.Product Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item from your delivery address at no additional cost.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement.
